[plt-scheme] pre-release documentation disappeared? Also, where is WAIT-FOR-IO-TO-COMPLETE?

It will be back soon.  (Details: when I backed up the machine I
removed the heavy stuff that is not needed -- including the docs.
They'll be built by the next build, which I fired up now.)
