[plt-scheme] problem with html tables in help desk

Right. So far, we've just avoided tables in our documentation (by using
tabbing instead of tabular, mostly). It shouldn't be that difficult to
implement tables in Help Desk, but no one has done it, yet.

We use latex/tex2page macros that write out to an external file while
the document is built, and we process that extra file further to
generate index and keyword files. That strategy works ok.
