This is not what you asked, but you might find that Emacs-w3m (with a
little help from Quack) is good for viewing PLT manuals in Emacs.

w3mnav.el adds some key bindings to Emacs-w3m to make it more like 
Info-mode (especially the page-flipping "[" and "]" keys).
