[racket] Installing DivaScheme in Racket v6.x

I've been unable to install the DivaScheme editing package in Racket since
at least version 6.0.0.  Following the instructions on the PLanet page for
DivaScheme seems to be performing the usual installation (save for a
warning in the status bar about permissions in ~/.racket/planet/300/6.1.1),
but otherwise there's no sign of DivaScheme. The package and its
dependencies are installed in the 5.3.4 folder, but not elsewhere. Anybody
know how to get an old package to run in newer versions of Racket?
