[racket] QuickCheck-like testing library?

FWIW, I asked Michael for permission and uploaded the library as the
"quickcheck" package in the catalog, backed by a github repo:
https://github.com/ifigueroap/racket-quickcheck, although I don't know how
much effort I can devote to documentation or improvements
