[racket] Volunteer for the Racket SICP package

Dear Racketeers,

I’ve just started to work through SICP and found that Neil’s SICP package
needs some maintenance. I’m willing to help.

But although not a complete beginner, I’m not a professional or even
experienced programmer. It’s my first attempt for an open source project. I
don’t know whether I have enough expertise to do it or not. And I don’t
know where to start.

So, do you have any suggestions?
