[racket] new S3 page "upload" link just creates blank package?

Gah! scary update.  I just reloaded the page, and a pop-up suddenly *appeared*, with (most of) my information present. Very strange. Indeed, *every* time I click the close button on the popup and reload, it pops up the pop-up again.
