[racket] Units/measures library

The science collection (
http://planet.racket-lang.org/display.ss?package=science.plt&owner=williams)
has a module with physical constants (
http://planet.racket-lang.org/package-source/williams/science.plt/4/2/planet-docs/science/physical-constants.html)
that includes many measures.
