[racket] Units/measures library

I'm working on stuff which is somewhat related to this (not in Racket, but it could be ported if there were interest).  Can you be a little more specific about what you'd expect such a library to do?

For example, are you talking about parsing unit strings, manipulating dimensions, or something else?
