[racket] Web server "Server" header

FWIW, there are "Internet surveys" that report market share of different 
HTTP servers.  I'm sure Racket servers are in-the-noise right now for 
public Web sites.  But someday, as Racket continues to grow in 
popularity, we might want to represent the 'hood and show up in these 
surveys.
