[racket] Central typed-scheme information?

We no longer do Scheme. We do Racket. 

The current state is best documented in the

 Ref Manual: http://docs.racket-lang.org/ts-reference/index.html

Best doesn't mean 'good' however. I can't answer the question about 
which wrapper modules are available -- without looking at the git
repository
