[plt-scheme] file-->exit doesn't close process with DrScheme 4.2.5 on Windows XP with non-admin user

hi, I haven't found this issue on the list, but when running as a 
non-admin user on Windows XP, neither file-->exit nor using the window 
close command terminates the DrScheme process (it does close the window 
though).

I need to do it manually when I want to restart DrScheme. Since I don't 
normally use the admin account it's a minor inconvenience.

Is there an issue/bug list for DrScheme btw?
