[plt-scheme] Teach Yourself Scheme

This looks fun. However -- and I'm sorry to say it, 'cause I know you enjoy implementing this with send/suspend & friends -- but it looks woefully outdated to load a separate page at every step. Especially since interactive tutorials like "Try Ruby!" are old news by now.
