That would be the case if programming were a spectator sport; 
unfortunately, as has already been mentioned in this thread, programming 
is more like swimming than like watching someone swim.  I cannot learn 
programming just by reading TLS, no more than by reading any other 
programming book; I need to practice.

Guess where I practice?
