[racket] Building racket from source

No idea, but if you don't specifically need v5.0.2, I recommend
avoiding the problem by using the current pre-release version. Even
when building from source, the new version depends on much less on
development packages. You should need only `gcc' (i.e., no `-dev'
packages).
