No, all of those are enabled/set. But I'm using a nonstandard browser, 
Omniweb, which has worked up until now. It seems to have stopped working 
in this case. Safari does not exhibit the problem for me. So I guess it 
is not a PLT issue, and I should overcome my inertia and change 
browsers. Sorry for the false alarm. --PR
