[plt-scheme] Re: can't connect to PLaneT on Windows XP machine
I was having the same problem yesterday. I my case it would just hang with
no message. Fortunately, it was my own packages I was downloading and I used
the command line to install them. But it worked fine today when I had to
reload them.
