[plt-scheme] DrScheme colors

I believe the selection color is something you can change via the OS
(at least on the mac it is). If you (or anyone else!) have the energy
to submit patches for the other color configurations, I'd welcome
them. I'm sorry I won't be able to get to it soon myself, tho.
