[plt-scheme] PLT-Scheme 402 extension

Hi,

Bummer!!! As I have sent the files to you, I have just
discovered what
is wrong. I am sorry to say, but I was right, something has
changed!
It used to be

e2curve.dll

but now it should be

e2curve_ss.dll

Observe the underline plus 'ss', which it looks is a must.
