[plt-scheme] scribble/latex

The Scribble documentation says:

  "Scribble is a collection of tools for creating prose documents..."

Is Scribble intended to be broadly useful (for things other than PLT
libraries)? That is, will it eventually be billed as a LaTeX competitor?
