[plt-scheme] DrScheme not present in the Appication Menu in Ubuntu

I don't know of a portable way to add a menu entry on Linux.  On
Fedora, there is a `desktop-file-install' which is used with a desktop
file -- I recently asked the Fedora packager about this, and he said
that it doesn't matter if PLT comes with its own setup, since they
will need to patch it to conform to the Fedora conventions anyway.  So
it seems that we should still wait for a single standard method of
doing this.
