[plt-scheme] MrEd Designer 2.1

Hi,

There is a new version of MrEd Designer. This is version 2.1.
This version can edit callback functions in a way, that
hopefully
you have never seen. :-) It means that you can edit a graph
to determine which graphical element affects which other
graphical
elements. If you have seen a tool like this please let me know.
