Configuration part is ok but I'm getting below error:

"Servlet didn't load. namespace-attach-module: module not instantiated
(in the source namespace):..."

I think this is not the proper way, lot's of side-effects. I'll try to
generate a dummy servlet file for virtual hosts each requiring my
editor servlet.
