[plt-scheme] MzScheme on OpenBSD/amd64

Hi,

I recently discovered that MzScheme won't compile on OpenBSD/amd64. I
worked on it a little bit and managed to get a prompt. The usual
hello-world and a couple of other trivial tests work on it. I haven't
done extensive testing, but I hope the patches are helpful anyway. The
diff is against the Subversion sources from this evening.
