[plt-scheme] Using the macro-stepper

I probably got the error message below because I rm -rf'd the compiled
directory in collects/errortrace in an attempt to find the bug. I ran
'make install' to set everything up in the first place which runs
setup-plt automatically. Anyway I reran setup-plt and now drscheme
crashes without complaining about errortrace.

(gdb) set args -ZmvqL- drscheme.ss drscheme
(gdb) run
Starting program: /home/kazzmir/tmp/ff/trunk/bin/mred -ZmvqL-
drscheme.ss drscheme

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
