[plt-scheme] mzchar and wchar_t

Hello,

Is there a simple relation between mzchar and wchar_t (and wint_t)  
types ?

How to obtain a scheme_char_type from a wchar_t and vice versa ?

I'd like to use, eg getwchar() and wcwidth(wchar_t c), in a mzscheme  
extension.
