this would be nice. it might even lead people to submit examples for
the authors to include. that would make a colourful planet. :-)

it would be convenient to have an overview of all the definitions in a
file, and be able to jump to them named anchors. the `(define...)'
drop down list of DrScheme or javadoc spring to mind.
