According to Chapter 1.2 of "Inside PLT MzScheme", I can embed MzScheme into a C (MSVC) program, and the compiled program can run on any (Windows) computer with "Dynamic Libraries" installed. But now I need to embed mred (and run the compiled program on a computer with only Dynamic Libraries). There is a "libmredxxx.lib" file, but I can't find any document about how to use it.
