[plt-scheme] quoted characters in web server

Hi.
Is it possible, using the sexpr based mechanism in a servlet to
construct responses, to exclude some strings from the usual html
character quoting? e.g. not map a specific "&" to "&"?
>From the "feel" of things so far, I get the impression that this is not
possible.
