[plt-scheme] Can I translate Scheme language names ?

Hi, 

I am translating DrScheme UI strings to Japanese.
The english-string-constants.ss includes the following lines:

 (pretty-big-scheme "Pretty Big (includes MrEd and Advanced)")
 (mzscheme-w/debug "Textual (MzScheme, includes R5RS)")
 (mred-w/debug "Graphical (MrEd, includes MzScheme)")

Can I translate these Scheme language names ?

I found these names are used for bug report 
to record user's language environment.
But translated language names are sent to the bug report system.

Is that OK ?
