[plt-scheme] PLaneT updates

Sorry for the long delay, people who sent me PLaneT packages during the 
last few weeks; I think I've added all of them to PLaneT now. In 
particular, I added:

lizorkin:
sxml.plt [major update]

neil:
asxt.plt [new package]
testeez.plt [new package]
urlskip.plt [new package]

If anyone else sent me a package in the last couple weeks and I haven't 
gotten back to you, please ping me again.

People have been wondering when there will be a PLaneT version 300. The 
answer is, this week. I just need to do some server-side stuff and add a 
couple features, and then it'll be ready.
