[plt-scheme] planet versions of WebIt! and sxml-match

I have (at long last) updated the planet version of webit (for v299.xxx).

As well, sxml-match is now available via planet as well.

The require specs are given below:
  (require (planet "xml.ss" ("jim" "webit.plt" 1 3)))
  (require (planet "sxml-match.ss" ("jim" "sxml-match.plt" 1 0)))
