[plt-scheme] literal html data in servlets

In general, I prefer that people reference the path without the
paper filenames at the end.  I try to make sure every paper
has its abstract, as well as the file in multiple formats if
appropriate, and also links to any other papers that may
be relevant -- which includes adding forward pointers when,
say, a journal paper comes out.  So, please, link to the
"directory", not to the paper.  Thanks.
