[plt-scheme] DrScheme V208p1 on windows XP is crashing

DrScheme puts those files in the directory indicated by the HOMEDRIVE
and HOMEPATH environment variables. You can set the two environment
variables to direct DrScheme to place them elsewhere.

In future versions, DrScheme will place those files in the
user-specific "application data" directory, instead.
