[plt-scheme] PLT Scheme v207 doesn't install

We received similar reports, but they don't help much -- they just
contain information about related files.

Can you try to uninstall plt, re-enable mcafee, and try to install plt
again?  I'd try it myself, but doesn't look like McAfee has a trial
version for download.
