[plt-scheme] where is PLTPlot?

Does anyone know where I can download "PLTPlot" -- the plt scheme 
wrapper Alexander Friedman and Jamie Raymond created for plplot?  The 
paper from last years Scheme Workshop directed me here:

but I don't see it listed on that page.
