[plt-scheme] Caltech primarily uses Scheme in their intro to CS!

Hi Ed,

Please add Caltech to the list of schools using Scheme in their 
introductory CS course:

     http://www.cs.caltech.edu/courses/cs1/assignments/lab6/

They use SICP as a text and DrScheme for their Scheme implementation.
