[plt-scheme] plt support amd 64 bit on linux

I tried a couple weeks ago and the only Scheme (out of about a dozen)
that I could build on AMD 64 was Gauche.  The latest snapshot of
Chicken apparently also has AMD 64 support.  I'd definitely like to
get PLT working but am not sure if I'll have much time to help apart
from testing.  PLT works on 64-bit OS X so it shouldn't be too
difficult.
