[plt-scheme] MrEd - Pasteboard

Try creating an image-snip% and `insert'ing it into the pasteboard. You
can find the position of the snip with methods on the pasteboard and
override the methods that begin with `after-' to detect when various
things happen in the pasteboard, if necessary.
