[plt-scheme] SLIB in PLT Module

In April 2003, Martin DeMello asked about using SLIB in a module...

But he wasn't really answered. Is this possible? I have tried the same
things that he did and my use doesn't appear to be reimplemented in
PLT. I don't like the idea of forking SLIB for my use in PLT, although
I could do so if there is no solution.
