[plt-scheme] .mzschemerc from DrScheme

When I invoke mzscheme from the command line, it automatically executes
 .mzschemerc; however, DrScheme happily ignores the existence of .mzschemerc.
Can I fix this? I mean, without loading explicitely .mzschemerc in DrScheme.
