[plt-scheme] New syntax colorer and parenthesis highlighter have arrived

The files tool.ss and colorer.ss in the syntax-color directory should 
not be there anymore.  The CVS update should have gotten rid of them.  
Just to make sure everything is set up right, try running a cvs update 
-r exp from the plt/collects/syntax-color directory.  You should be 
left with 3 files: paren-tree.ss, scheme-lexer.ss and token-tree.ss.  
If this cvs command fixes the directory, try running the same command 
from the collects directory, then run setup-plt (directly, not from 
install).
