[plt-scheme] Re: Emacs tags for MzScheme modules

It looks like some change you made to etags.ss in the
latest version has broken the TAGS file generation.
Any TAGS file created with the new version produces a
"... is not a valid  tags table" error message. 

Also, in looking at the output to the TAGS file, it
looks like a lot of private module definitions are
being included in the TAGS file. Shouldn't the
definitions be filtered by the provides in order to
eliminate the private definitions from appearing in
the TAGS file?
