[plt-scheme] 103p1?

someone needs to register at the site, go to the dr scheme page, and
select the "change owner" link (which may only appear when you're
logged in) to claim ownership themselves.  obviously it should be
someone related to the development (not me!).

i've sent a message to the admin there, but what can they do, really?
someone needs to take reponsibility for the entry...
