[plt-scheme] mzscheme error messages under cygwin

Strange.  I have three set-ups and one of them produces the desired
results, i.e. an error message.

The other two simply show a ">" prompt when an error is encountered.

Of the two which are not working both are using 204.

1 of them may be running an older version of cygwin, but only a few
weeks older.

The other is a fresh install.

I hate windows...
