[plt-scheme] PLT's Netcraft ranking [OT]

That's because all the PLT servers are in the .org domain, which
Netcraft puts in the "Other" category.  Since Netcraft doesn't
explicitely list that category in their survey the PLT server doesn't
show up.

E.g. if you add all the numbers on that page for the first line
(TOTAL), you get 22050545.  The difference between 35543105 and
22050545 is not listed, but if you click on the "TOTAL" link you'll
see that the "Other" category has 13492560 servers.  For some reason
Netcraft decided to not list "Other" in the survey and to not take
"Other" into account when listing servers, even though the total for
each server includes the number for "Other".  Whether that's a bug or
a feature...

If you go to
http://www.netcraft.com/survey/Reports/200212/byserver/index.html
you'll see that PLT is actually listed with "12", and if you click on
"PLT" you'll see that all of them are in the "Other" category.
