Yes, in the box that's labelled "What's that site running?" at:
http://uptime.netcraft.com/up/graph

Once a site has been queried like this, Netcraft monitors its uptime for a
while.  If no other queries are made about that site, after a while it will
stop monitoring it.  However, afaict, known hosts continue to be included in
the monthly surveys even if their uptime is not being monitored.  There's
some info about the surveys at:
http://www.netcraft.com/Survey/mechanics.html
