[plt-scheme] Problem compiling PLTScheme

Now I remember, I'm almost sure it has nothing to do with the flags and
you had luck during emerge in Gentoo while removing the flags since I
also got the error during a 'manual' compile which doesn't use the flags
set for portage in make.conf. Right?
