[plt-scheme] mzscheme & SLIB

I'm running mzscheme 204 under Mandrake 9.1.  I had no trouble installing SLIB 
as a collection and using it from top level using forms like
"(require 'format)".  However I just discovered that I can't require a SLIB 
library within a module -- I get an error message about a bad path and the 
quoted atom.

Does anyone know of a way to use SLIB libraries within modules?
