[plt-scheme] MzScheme language stability.

Major versions seem to come out every year or two.
The incompatabilities between versions 103 and 203 are
mainly in the module and macro system. In my
experience this involves trivially modifying every
file, so the problem isn't that bad. The reasons for
the incompatabilities, as I see them, are:

- MzScheme has matured remarkably in that period
- MzScheme has incorporated several advances in
programming language technology.

The second point is the important one. It's what
differentiates MzScheme from Java, Python, etc. and
makes it attractive to people like myself.

Regards,
Noel
